Action:

We grow and roast coffee in the Hills above Byron Bay in beautiful subtropical NSW, Australia. Our plantation is a small 50 acre plot about 80 metres above sea level. The rich volcanic soil and sustainable farming practices give us the opportunity to produce a unique coffee that is naturally lower in caffiene.

Rainfall is plentyful and the average temperatures provide the subtropical  terrior famous for producing award winning coffees.

This year we hope to have a record harvest, we'll need it because straight after the harvest we plan to prune the mature trees back to about 1.5 metres, this should enhance crops in the next two years.
